Local chanteuse LJ Mounteney and guitarist extraordinaire Ron Thompson are renowned for their playful and highly musical performances. A staple on the Vancouver music scene, Ron has performed with many local and international artists including Rosemary Clooney, the late local legend Dal Richards as well as appearing on superstar Michael Buble’s first album. LJ has been delighting audiences with her soulful sound and unique blend of jazz and blues and performs regularly with many of Vancouver’s top musicians. Joining them will be virtuosic violinist Cameron Wilson, who performs regularly with the VSO and his own musical groups Van Django and Joe’s Trio. Together, this talented trio will take their listeners on a gorgeous and historical musical journey through the world of classic vocal jazz and vintage swing music.
